Basically what the title says.

Yes, I know Intel is typically better, but I've got an FX-6300 that I'm looking to seat into a motherboard. It will be mostly used for gaming and multitasking, but not overclocking

What would be good RAM for the motherboard? Only looking for 4gb right now. I was thinking one of the G.Skill 4gb sticks would pretty much accommodate any build.

Going to be looking for a case as well, under 50$. ATX/Micro ATX form. With a black or colored inside. I don't want the black outside, silver inside type. Saw the Antec GX500 on sale today, I liked it, but decided to wait. Open to suggestions!

I was going to go for an Intel setup, but this processor had good reviews, benchmarks, and for under 100$ I thought it was a pretty good deal. If you know an Intel setup that would outperform this for the same price, throw it at me!

Solution
For the $100 price range, keep the fx6300. And if you say I don't want to upgrade the cpu to fx8 series and get the ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 ( make sure it the R2.0 version) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157394
or this one GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P, it is $10 more. But it's well worth it to spend $10 more. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128651

The Antec GX500 is the good case, from the review it was $25 after MIR before, yes, wait it for sale again.
