Need help picking my first case

first build pc medium case without clear panel with room for cable management with PSU up top and good cooling under 100. Can't seem to find any cases I like without a glass panel

Any reason you want the psu on top? That just looks ugly.

This one might fit your needs, except it isnt with top mount for psu, although in my opinion it wouldnt look that good that way.
