Need help picking out a motherboard, cpu, and ram (intel) looking to spend under $600. I just bought a 980 ti gpu so I could run tom clancys the division, but it's causing my gpu to run at a constant 100%. So I figured it's time to upgrade the rest. Any help will be appreciated.
