Solution
Modified it a little, should be better, managed to justify the price difference between the 8320 and 8350 and added that 1tb HDD again

Yep, MSI one was out of stock at newegg. Dropping the 8350 for a big downgrade in the A10 is a bit silly, there's barely any upgrade path with the FM2 socket in case op wants to upgrade to a much better GPU down the line.

If you don't mind the 7870 XT running fairly warm, it's the best bang for buck right now as it performs close to the 7950 but can be found for less than the price of a 7850.

Added a case and GPU to your build. I also adjusted a few parts:

Better to get a 8320 and save some bucks.

8350 is an overclocked 8320.

Get the 8320 first of all.

Secondly, they (8320 & 8350) are the best renderers available.

what the different between
PowerColor Radeon HD 7870 XT 2GB Video Card
and
Asus Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card

how come the power color is also 7870 but much cheaper?? is there any down on the power color?

should i just have a lot of fans in the case??
would this resolve the heating problem?
