need help picking the best graphics card for $300

I have 300 dollar budget and picked out two different cards to choose from

would it be better to have 3 fans or 2 fans
my case manual said it can't hold a card longer than 263mm but I measured it and got over 300mm

I would personally pick the MSI model, it's 10 dollars more but honestly it's worth it for that cooler, Twin Frozr is one of the best GPU cooling systems from any manufacturer, they are both clocked the same though so if you feel like 10 dollars is worth more to you than a slightly better cooler (Gigabyte Windforce is also an excellent cooler) then go for the Gigabyte model, they're both clocked the same and will perform the same so the only thing you should be looking at is price and cooling
