Need Help Picking The Right Memory

I think I know the right types I can use. I have never bought in this area before myself and therefore don't know any of the popular brands. Either way I thought it was best to check here first. I right now have 1 GB of Memory. Im looking to take this up to 4GB of Memory total.

You only have 2 memory slots so you need 2 x 2GB RAM modules of DDR2-800. Standard DDR2-800 is 1.8v and has a cas latency of 5-5-5-15. I recommend something like this.

Here are the different types of memory my computer could have came with.

When I look at the memory you suggested I see that its like a slightly different type.

That motherboard isn't the original motherboard that came in that machine. It has been replaced at some point, because the GA-G31M-ES2L isn't an OEM board. And yes, the RAM he linked will work just fine with that motherboard. The cheapest RAM i'd recommend is:

I've used several of them and they have never given me any trouble.
