[SOLVED] Need Help! Please and Thank You

I have
I7 9700K
RTX 2080 FE
16gb DDR4 2400 ADATA Ram
Asus PRIME Z390-A Mobo
120gb ADATA SSD and 1TB IDK HDD
Corsair rm750x power supply gold +80 750watt

Play mostly BR games and get
120FPS avg in H1Z1
75FPS avg in Ring of Elysium
100-120FPS in PUBG
All usually on Medium settings
only posting this bc a buddy has
i7 7700k
gtx 1080
asus strix z270h
and he matches my games on same setting was wondering if they are really similar builds or if there is something i need to do to check and do to increase my performance

so reinstalled windows and now im getting a PCI device not showing and cant get drivers which i found to be my mobo went to asus site for drivers and now im getting an error saying Asus setup does not support OS WNT_10.0H_64

I have ran windows update got some anti virus update nothing else, these are the bits of info i get when looking at hardware ids in device manager

after several hours of looking through things i found an older update with an "EZ" installer this has fixed my issues with the pci
