Question Need help! Please read

So I’ve upgraded to the mai 390 edge ac mother board with a i7 9700k , rtx 2080ti 3200mhz of ram 16 gb, 500 gb m.2 evo


So I’ve made sure everything was wired to the right places on the board and doubled my tracks for no mistakes. As I when to go turn on the pc the ram rgb it lit up all fans are running but the rtx instantly ramps up to full speed for a second and then goes back down to maybe 60-80 percent on one fan witch is very odd with no led on the card. I can’t even get into the boot screan it’s just black . I need some help! I think it might be the moba is fried or the processor is messed up

The pus is a Corsair fully mod 1000w gold
I’m exactly at my house due to I’m out of the country but I was live streaming with my brother that does i.t stuff and made sure he did it correctly but he has no clue what’s going on when he trying to boot it up. All I know are the parts .

Mother board - msi gaming edge atx ac
Intel i7 9700k
Rtx- 2080ti
Corsair vengeance rgb 3200mhz 16 gb
Corsair psu 1000w gold edition
Evo m.2 500gb

Take the rtx 2080ti out, and try with just the igpu?
