Need help please!?

So all my parts are in but there is something conflicting with my motherboard and case, it fits fine but well... I can't really explain it, I'm really desperate right now I have a camera but don't know how to use it to post pictures, someone mind helping me on skype or something that way I can show the problem?

Ok, sorry a little panicky right now, this is my first build, anyways this

doesn't match up with my motherboard but it looks like it can pop out easily, I'm not sure if I should do that though, I also have this https://imageshack.com/i/nsror3p
which looks like it would replace the part I would be popping out.

Yes, you are supposed to remove the one that comes with the case and replace with the one that comes with the motherboard.

Ok errr, how would one go about doing that? it seems fairly hard to pop out, has the whole thing is metal.

That picture is way too blurry to see anything. If it it secure and not moving around, it should be fine.
