Need help please

I have at the moment a Gigabyte R9 270x graphics card and a AMD FX 4300 quad core processor.I was planning on playing BF4 with it but I cant play multiplayer as it lags really bad.It is alright on Single player. I was thinking that it was my graphics card but it should of been fine so if I upgrade my processor to say a AMD FX 6300 will I see an increase in the fraps. I understand that I cant run it on ultra but can even run on low without it lagging severely. Any advice please.

Yes upgrade your CPU, the FX 4300 is a terrible gaming cpu. However, I'd wait since toms just said that the FX 8320 is going to have a big permanent price drop to like $120. Which is the exact same price as the FX 6300 right now.

It could be your Internet speeds, as you maybe don't have fast enough speeds to upload/download at a constant framerate. What are your speeds?

My net speed is fine as i acutually have bf4 on ps4 and it run superb its the fact that I got BF4 free with my graphics card so wanted to try to run it my ping is 12 if it helps

how many fraps do you think i could get on say high maybe or medium and my monitor is not 1080 it resolution is 1600-900

would u recommend the FX 8320 over the 6300 or is there not a real difference how many frames difference is there if u dont mind.Sorry for all the questions im not exactly a genius when it comes to pc
