Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V LX socket

RAM: Corsair vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3

Chaser: Thermaltake Mk-I ATX USB 3.0

HDD: western digital caviar green 2 TB SATA3 6gb/s 64MB

CD driver: Asus DRW SATA 24X DVD - writer

GPU: EVGA GTX 560 ti DS superclocked 1GB DDR5

lighting: 3 LED cathodes (12 in each)

Fan controller: Scythe Kraze 4-Channel 5.25''

unless you plan on overclocking and running high end sli (or crossfire) at the same time yes it will be enough.
