Need help please

So today I jumped on my Acer laptop brand new and it was acting fine I went to uninstall my little brothers game and it didn't work I restarted the laptop and logged on and then it started flickering from the desktop to the start screen. Is something wrong?? I need an answer

Could you describe the flickering? Has this happened again since/is it continuous? What was your little brothers game?
