Which gpu is the best performance in gtx 960 series

There is no series, there are however different brands, however the performance differences are minimal between them. Any of the OC edition or factory overclocked GTX 960 cards will be the best performance, they are all very similar.

They all have the same GPU in them. Some get overclocked some, and you pay dearly for that most of the time.

What really sets the cards apart is the cooling solution. The cooler your video card stays, the longer it can remain running at the fastest turbo speeds.
