Need Help please

I tried to make my pen drive bootable using the method in the link http://
then i tried to format it but windows says its unable to formatand also in disk management pen drive is unallocated space. when i try the same method again, on clean command it shows error
"Diskpart has encountered an error: The system cannot find the file specified."
Please help

You might have a bad drive, or you might be accidentally typing something incorrect in the command line.

The first section of the tutorial you can actually accomplish without the command line. Just go to disk management, right click the drive, and choose to format it in ntfs. If this produces an error then your drive could very well be failing.

If you can successfully format the drive from device manager, then you can proceed to step 5 of the tutorial.

In device manager it only shows FAT32 format and it also fails to format it

Next step would be to try a low level format of your pen drive. Here's a link below to a tool to use:

If it comes up with an error please post it below. If you can't low level format the drive it is probably going bad.
