Please I have samsung ht-jk5500k model the subwofer , the right and left front speakers are working but the surround and the central speaker not playing please help me?

How have you got this connected up to your TV? If the signal being inputted to the amplifier is not encoded with surround sound, then you will only get stereo! Check how your amp is set up, and make sure you are watching something in 'surround sound' like a movie or something. Then have a play around with the sound modes on the amp.

Kenton82 please can you educate me more on this because i'm not good with home theaters. I run the Speaker test and all of them is working but i tried playing a sound from my pendrive and the front R, L is working but the surround and the central is not working at all. I try playing a Cd now the same issue

The reason you are only getting Stereo, is because what you are listening to is not surround sound encoded. If you watch a film through this A/V system, it should be able to decode the signal and produce whatever surround sound it was recorded with i.e Dolby pro-logic, Dolby Digital and so on.
Not many TV programs are encoded with surround sound either.
You can use something like the DTS option which will 'simulate' surround sound.
