So I'm new to pc and can't get it to boot up after taking out cpu and putting it back everything comes on except display and now keyboard and mouse won't light up is my cpu dead? If you know how to help please reply i really want to get back to gaming xD

Is it showing any boot screenand if it does click del and go to bios and see if all of your are hardwares are detected .

No nothing shows up just says no signal I tried to reset bios my keyboard and stuff doesn't even light up now but Mother board and fans all turn on

if you took your cpu chip out you may have bent some pins on the chip or on the mb under the cpu. on the mb make sure the 24 pin and the 4/8 pin eps cables are locked in. if the mb has onboard video pull the gpu see if onboard video posts.

Disconnect your computer from the power source after that takeout processor, Memory modules and lithium battery from your motherboard. Install all of them one by one after few seconds (5-10) starting from the battery and switch on your computer, probably you will see bios menu if not then you should get your hardware checked by some professional.
