MY CPU IS OVER HEATING, IT IS AN AMD FX8350 8 CORE WITH ITS ORIGINAL COOLING FAN, my system is a windows 10 64bit with a gigabyte mobo 990afx-ud3, 16gb ddr3 mem, my gpu is an nvidia gt545. could anyone recommend a better cpu cooling system

First off, give us numbers. What temperature do you mean when you say it's overheating. CPU's don't overheat on the stock cooler. If they do it means the heatsink was installed incorrectly/DIRTY or that the thermal paste is OLD (1+ year)/badly applied.

Also, what budget do you have?
