[SOLVED] Need help please

I newly built a pc and am getting 5 short beeps and no post.
My system is a gigabyte b360 aorus gaming 3 wifi, with i5 8400 processor and 2 -t-force 8g-3000 ddr4 ram and a lepa water cool system no graphic card. No os installed. Also dvi-d to VGA adaptor. I have tried all the Solutions that gigabyte gave, but it still hasn't work and the cpu motherboard pins are good
