need help please

so i am planning to upgrade my ram because i have a single 8gb stick. its not working for me (laggy) planning to get a kit of 2 8gb sticks and wondering if they are compatible with my motherboard.

Also do i need to set up stuff in bios or something im not a techy guy or just put on slot?

Will be fine, no setting up in bios required.

Make sure they're in the alternate black ram slots on the board for dual channel.

so on the greys? there grey and black. and do you have better suggestions?
