Need help pls

I just built my pc and i installed win 10. My specs are great bu my csgo fps is only 200- 250fps
Specs: rtx 2070, AMD RYZEN 7 2700 (not x), 16gb ddr4 3200mhz, msi X470 gaming plus motherboard and corsair cx 650m psu.27 inch 144hz monitor, i have not done anything in bios i just went straight to windows ( The motherboard says ”Windows 10 ready”) + i have not installed any else drivers than my geforce experience driver. Does it matter? Tell me whats wrong pls

You haven’t specified what the actual problem is unless i just overlooked it, what do you need help doing?

I think the issue is "my csgo fps is only 200- 250fps" and the OP wants more performance.
