Need Help Plugging Molex Cable Into PSU

I have two case fans I want to plug into my PSU, and they have 3-pin-to 4-pin-Molex adapters. But I'm not exactly sure how to plug the female 4-pin molex connector into my PSU. Here's my PSU: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-power-supply-rs80080gad3us

usually those are male/female blocks that you insert as mini-extensions or to "interrupt" the connection between PSU and a hard drive for example. sometimes they're tough to insert fully if one of the four connection points is slightly out of line as you (inadvertently) press on the wires.
