Need Help quick pls

can you tell me how do i get an external psu ? i never saw one o.o

You should probably buy a hard drive enclosure instead then. The cable you bought is for desktops, where you have extra power cables on the power supply to plug the drive into power. In a laptop, you don't have these connections. An external enclosure would provide a box to hold the drive, with cables for both power and usb.

?????
[strike]That will NOT work with a 3.5" drive to connect to a laptop. Not even a little bit.[/strike]

I take that statement back. That universal power adapter might work.
I'd still get a regular USB-SATA dock.

The cable you bought would work with a SSD and some 2.5" drives.

For a 3.5" drive connecting via USB to a laptop, you need a USB-SATA dock.

Like this one:

But in the one i bougth says 2.5/3.5 sata o.o

It also says in 2 places that it will not work with conventional 3.5" drives without a power adapter (not included).
Desktop drives require more power than a laptop drive, and usb just can't provide that own it's own.
