Yep thanks again now im going to buy new thermal paste and maybe get a cooler for safety thank you very much its appreciated

Why new thermal paste? yeah I'd get a new cooler but its not going to be dangerous like fry your CPU if you don't have one

Because I kept moving it around in and out and its got weaker why is it still Ok to use?

Oh yes, yeah get some new paste. CPU Cooler will be fine until you buy new one.
