Discussion need help ram and aio fans not working

i have 2 rams installed 8gb each 3200mhz
1 of them is not working and I tried reseating them to different slots to know which 1 is faulty
now pc boots with 1 of the ram installed in DIMMA2, which is recommended by mobo manual msi x570 gaming plus
but the fans in AIO is not spinning, when i turned on it will spin for a second then stops
I tried putting the ram in the DIMMA1 the fans spins but the system will tell me that I put the ram into the slot which is not optimize

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)? History of heavy gaming use?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

How many fans are installed?

Were the "2 rams" from a matched kit or purchased separately?

More information needed.
