A quick guess is one of your HDD's is starting to fail, likely the oldest. Try downloading and running a program called "Hard Disk Sentinel" to check the health of your drives.

They are all brand new, less than 2 months old but I will download it and see what happens. Will post the results as soon as I get them! Thanks!

There was a USB device that had the yellow warning symbol no idea what because it just said USB input device though. I feel like I checked that when all of this started the other day and there was nothing there but possibly I missed it? Either way I deleted it and will see what happens. Will keep you updated, thank you for all of the help so far!

SFC did find some files and it has claimed to corrected them. I restarted and ran again this time with no errors. Also running malwarebytes and superantispyware as we speak. So far nothing is coming up there though. If this doesn't work then I guess I am reinstalling windows.

Did reinstalling windows end up working for you? I seem to be having the same issue, and to my surprise, can't find any major issues that pop out at me.
