Looking at an image - it's in a syringe. Take off the cap - look at the tip - if the tip is sealed - you may need to nip the end off with a utility knife.
Then you push the plunger slowly to get the compound out.
It should be that simple.
If it doesn't come out - take a solid toothpick and stick it up the end and see if there is a membrane that needs to be perforated (unlikely but that is how Caulk works.)
You should also get trace amounts on the toothpick - but that isn't enough for your needs.
At the absolute worst - you take a utility knife and open up the damned thing - it will only be good for one use of course.
