Need help regarding GPU

I am building a PC and here are my specs:
i7 4770
DH87MC
Seagate 1 TB SATA
LG 24x SATA
Cooler Master 600W
Is integrated graphics with i7 4770 enough for 1080p coz I am going to connect it to a 22" TV full hd or do I need to install a gpu
I am not a hardcore gamer all I want is to play is FIFA 14 and above series
And which of these MOBO's could be best
DH87MC or Gigabyte 87 chipset

For Fifa you will need a GPU, i won't need to be a top of the line card for games like fifa but i definitely recomend investing a bit of money in one.

Yeah should be good enough, you probably wont be maxing out the settings but it will work fine.
