Solution
You would need a new board , and DDR4 2400 ram to run a G4560.

You board is very old , not compatible.

You need to save for a whole new setup , 775 is a platform that is too outdated to upgrade.
Pentium G4560 CPU and GTX 1050Ti GPU can work together. GTX 1050Ti GPU and Biostar G41D3C MB can also work together (using that 1x PCIex16 slot).

Your problem is, the Pentium G4560 CPU (which is a 14nm 7th gen Kaby Lake CPU that can be plugged in an LGA1151 socket) and the Biostar G41D3C MB (which has an LGA775 socket) are NOT compatible.

You need to purchase a new MB that supports the Kaby Lake CPUs such as the B250 or H270 (as well as new DDR4 RAM stick/s) to power that G4560 + GTX 1050Ti setup.

For the PSU, your possible max. system power would be (54W for the CPU + 75W for the GPU = 129W + ~50W for headroom = ~180W). You'll probably never go above this. I would still recommend getting a good-quality PSU (somewhere in the 300W range will be more than enough).
