Recommended system power for a 1080 is 500W. And they're always fairly conservative.

Based on:
i7 7700k OC to 4.5
GTX 1080
2x4GB DDR4
Several USB Devices
Several 140mm Case Fans
H100i V2 Cooler
1 x SS
3 x 10k HDD

You shouldn't ever pull more than 500W. Unless you're talking about adding ANOTHER 1080? Apologies if I misunderstood. In which case a 750W will be fine. 850W will give you more headroom.

i already have a gtx 1080 ftw in system i want to install another 1 meaning SLI
so for 2 Gtx 1080s because each will use 215 Watts thats what evga says
so both will use 430 will 220 remaining be enough for everything ?

A 750W will be enough and give you headroom, but obviously some people like to go up more to saya 850W for extra security, and potentially more overclocking. But in my experience you'd likely not pull more than 650W even at load with overclocking. Your CPU and your GPU are your main power consumers, but everything else obviously adds up. So a 750W will be fine. Maybe a 850W will give you a bit more headroom if you're planning on going OC mental. But a 750W will even account for CPU and SLI GPU overclocking for the most part.

Edit: Might I add, a GOOD 750W will at least. A Cheap one will fry up and bite you in no time.
