Need Help regarding Smartphone

Shall i go for Iphone or shall i wait for upcoming 64 bit Smartphones, considering way too high price tag in india for Iphone 6 plus. and als i think 1 GB RAM of Iphone 6 plus will not be enough for new upcoming featues and apps, Plz suggest

I would personally go with one of the 64bit smartphones as I like to have a phone which I have control over and install what I want without issues

64-bit has nothing to do with any of that. If you want that, Android not iOS is what you want.
