Hey guys.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and have recently been diagnosed with arthritis. The arthritis is especially present in my hands. This makes playing games or typing, very painfull.
I tried getting an console controller for playing games, as someone suggested it would be more easy going on my hands, but I just can get to grips with it(see what I did there?).

Playing video games is what I do with the majority of my time, so I turn to you for help!

Do any of you have any kind of experiences with making typing/playing games easier on your hands? It can be in the form of periphials, positioning or anything really. Please help!

take a multivitamin that has about 100 percent of everything but make sure you look up for mg intake etc...
Epsom salt baths
drink only water,no junk food,1 hour of walking a day at least,30 min breaks typing get up for 30 secs, deep breathes for about 10 min to promote blood flow in body, look on youtube for rsi massages, physiotherapy, get enough sleep, thats a little stuff i know!
