NEED HELP REMOVING Win32/OpenCandy Virus

so i started getting a pop up window, it started to slow down my PC so i ran Microsoft Security Essentials(full scan) and it found 2 Trojans & 2 adwear , it said it removed it so i went back to surfing the net and the pop up was still there, so i ran Microsoft Security Essentials(full scan) again and i did,'t find anything and on the history tab it had the info about OpenCandy.......i tried deleting the Temp internet files , and still pop up comes up...........

also tried downloading a few programs and doing what they said but it was a wast of time....


can somone help PLEZZZZZZ !!!!!i've been trying to fix this for the last 3 to 4 days and i'm at my wits end

Use McAfee stinger, also find Emsisoft Emergency kit 2.0, hopefully it will get you together, if not, report back to us.

You may try other virus canner like norton. You search for the virus remover if you know the virus name.

ok so i'm back, i used the McAfee and it didn't find anything ......but the Emsisoft found 4 adwear and 1 Trojan and i thought and hoped that worked........but as soon as i tryed to log in to here i got a pop up again....AAAAAAA........

any other ideas??????

ok so wasn't sure what you ment by screenshot so i looked it up and it said you need MS PAINT , for some reson i don't have that , and i also don't have the disk that came wit the conputer .....so any other way that you could help me........😀

ok , i i was able to take a screen shot , but don't know how to put it on the screen for you to see....
