Question Need help resetting the BIOS

So recently, I've tried to reset the bios on my HP laptop (folio 1040 g2), but it didn't work; the bios says error 502 (cmos reset), and the password wasn't deleted. If anyone knows this, please help me! I appreciate them!

just go into bios to delete the password

I forgot my password, and I tried to remove the CMOS battery too.
