I have been wanting to upgrade my PC for awhile now, but I had lots of outdated parts. I recently upgraded my CPU to an AMD Athlon x4 650, and now I am trying to find a suitable GPU (Being upgraded from a 4600 series)

Now here's the problem: My computer is only 400w and only supports PCI Express 2.0. I have been recommended this video card, but I am very skeptical on how well my PSU will keep up and if there will be bottlenecking (Running 1366x768, 1920x1080 on the way)

Motherboard info here
Running 8gb of RAM
PSU came stock with Cooler Master case (2-3 years ago, can't remember what type)
And I have a $250 budget.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

May you suggest a PSU? I know next to nothing when it comes to power supplies.

Need more info, specifically the PSU Manufacturer and Model. What is the maximum current rating on the +12v rail(s)? Go ahead and open up the computer to find out(and maybe post a picture of the Specs label) because it's nearly impossible to tell if your PSU is going to work without that information.
