I am almost positive a graphics card will not fix this issue, it appears that the cinavia error may be related to the reading of the file by the PS3 from the source, in this case your computer's hard drive over the network. The problem must be in the file itself (some type of copywrite protection that Sony has implemented, or simply incompatible) or the way the PS3 gets the file from your computer (network connection is intermittent or too slow or otherwise incompatible). I would suggest making sure you can watch the videos on your PC and if so then trying to use an ethernet cable to connect the PS3 directly to your router and computer to eliminate wireless transfer rates being too low. Otherwise you may need to download or convert the files to a format more compatible with PS3.

Here's a link on it tells you a little bit about the cinavia error

Most of the movies that i play on my pc work they never comes up with the cinavia error, that error is part of a Playstation 3 software update.

When I lend my dads pc to watch the movies that dont work cause of the error, i connect the desktop directly to my tv with a hdmi cable and that's what I want to do with my desktop. Can you advise me what graphics card to buy for my desktop spec?

I specifically added the fanless version assuming your case have good airflow & will keep the graphics card cool. Anyway, it is not big heat producer. The good thing is that it does not add any fan noise to your system when watching movies.
