Need help, serious driver problems!

I have just built my new pc and I'm running into a TON of problems. This is to be expected with a new rig, I know, this isn't my first machine from scratch. The problem is I'm losing signal CONSTANTLY. I've had to reinstall windows 7 three times now. Everything in the bios is at factory defaults, so nothing wrong there. I've installed the chipset and LAN drivers from MSI's disc that came with my Gaming-G45 motherboard. The problem is when I go to install nvidia drivers (newest 320.18) I got CONSTANT signal losses or "Display Driver Stopped Responding Successfully Recovered" issues. I don't know that the card itself is solely the problem or if it's something else. Here are my specs
