Need help, serious driver problems!

I have just built my new pc and I'm running into a TON of problems. This is to be expected with a new rig, I know, this isn't my first machine from scratch. The problem is I'm losing signal CONSTANTLY. I've had to reinstall windows 7 three times now. Everything in the bios is at factory defaults, so nothing wrong there. I've installed the chipset and LAN drivers from MSI's disc that came with my Gaming-G45 motherboard. The problem is when I go to install nvidia drivers (newest 320.18) I got CONSTANT signal losses or "Display Driver Stopped Responding Successfully Recovered" issues. I don't know that the card itself is solely the problem or if it's something else. Here are my specs

get an older driver, those 320 have had a lot of problems. get 314 or something.

i tried a 320 (not this one), and soldiers in bf3 turned purple (lol) and then the game crashes

What series 314? I'm getting ready to install older 296.10 drivers as they were reported very stable.
