Need help setting up Foxfi for use with smart tv

Downloaded PDANet + and foxfi onto android phone and connected to Smart tv but can't get Netflix to work still. YouTube works but it is slow.

Are you using your cell phone's WiFi to run a smart TV at home or in a camper/other remote location? Either way it sounds like you're bottlenecking.
