Need Help Setting up HDD and SSD!

i have a 120 gb ssd and a 2tb hdd. Im new to this js. i have the os installed to the ssd and now im trying to get everything to download to the hdd but i dont know how to do it. I want to have the program files, user and all of that on the hdd. In my mind im trying to make the hdd the C:. So if anyone could help that would be great. If i missed anything just ask.

Os is always C drive.
Get used to installing to D drive (or whatever letter was assigned to the hdd)
