[SOLVED] Need help setting up my B450 Tomahawk motherboard

I am building my first pc and got the b450 tomahawk and when I thought I had completed my set up my pc didn't start up. I am not sure exactly where I went wrong and have unplugged everything from my motherboard. The pins are confusing to me, since it didn't come with a detailed manual and I can't find a whole lot of helpful information on which pins are for what. If someone could help me out in telling me where to plug in my reset, power, etc, cables it would be greatly appreciated.
