Hi guys,
I live in India and own a gaming PC. I recently bought a home inverter to support my PC during power cuts. I bought a 1000va Inverter from Luminous and it supported all the electronic components except my PC. The technician was shocked to see this and brought a inverter of 3000VA just in case and tried it on. It still did not work. We even tried connecting the inverter directly to the PC and and switching off all the other components in the house and still it did not work !! The technician told me that this was impossible. Please help me what im doing wrong. My questions are.
1. Should I connect some wires from the PC?
2. Do UPS/Inverters support gaming PC?
Inverter Specs : 1000VA Luminous Ecovolt sine wave Inverter with 2 100mah batteries.
PC Specs:
Processor : AMD FX 8320 3.2GHz.
RAM : 16GB
HDD: 1TB.
PSU: Coolermaster G650m (650W).
GPU: MSI GTX970.
It would be of great help if this issue is resolved. Thanks
