Need help slimming build to 600$

I've built two PCs before- mine and another friend. We both had good budgets of 1100$ so it was a piece of cake and even a pleasure building them. However another one of my friends is asking for my help ascending. He can't spend much more than 600$ and I would appreciate some help here.

PS: Needs to be an NVidia/Intel build unless there is a significant difference.

the only way is to drop to a micro atx sized unit. which isn't all that bad since this is a low power low heat ps4/xb1 sniper setup. but spend the extra $4 on the antec 450w over that crappy corsair 500w unit.
