Need help sooooo puzzled

Ok, I have a ASUS M5A99FX pro R2.0
An FX 6300 and 16 GB ram. Added a new ASUS GTX 970 gpu a few days ago and everything was running fine. Today wile playing sniper ghost warrior 3 all of a sudden my whole PC shut down. I tried to restart but no luck. The green MB led is lit but no other led or sounds ( beeps ) nor any functioning fans, case or cpu fans. The little white led on my gpu is lit but just those two. What could be my problem? Need a fast response for my kids home school on this and I need it working. Please help and thank you.

Took the GPU out and tried to start it just to see if it would post or at lease get a beep. Nothing. Also when tring to power on I do get the green led on the MB but the fan on the PSU and light on the PSU does not turn on. Possible PSU and not even the MB or GPU at all?

Ok put the old gpu back in and still same thing. I'm thinking psu is failing and that the 12v rail is what went out. Like I said , I get the green led on the MB also get the white led on the GPU but nothing else. No fans no other lights and no beeps. Also as stated I get no fan or the blue led light on my psu. So am I right in thinking that it's the PSU? and if so what would be a good replacement for under 100. I need this running for the kids school. Any info is apreciated
