I am having some trouble choosing a laptop because of the various USB port names.
I am between 2 laptops, the "GE65 Raider 9SF-012" and the "ROG Strix SCAR III G531GW-AZ054T" as im waitting for the i7 9th gen CPU's.
I want my laptop to be compatible with thunderbolt technology because i am thinking of getting a eGPU in the future.
When looking at the new Razer laptops it says in the description that it has a thunderbolt port. But both of the laptops im interested in dont say that but have other USB ports.
So the question is: does the MSI USB 3.2 GEN 2 typeC, or the ASUS USB 3.1 GEN2 typeC support thunderbolt? (And its eGPU capabilities)
