Need help to build my first gaming PC.

So I'm planning to build my first gaming PC ever in order to play GTA V, Witcher 3, and Arkham Knight. Here are the part that I'm choosing for my rig. I'm building this around the motherboard since my friend has a spare one to give for free. Can someone check for me if this build can play GTA V at high settings at around 60 fps? Yes, you will be able to run witcher 3, AK, and GTA V all in Ultra settings @ 1080p 60fps. Gtx 970 is mostly geared for 1440p, and it performs flawlessly at 1080p. Take it from me, i own 2.

change the psu cx series are bad (and overpriced)get xfx of evga g2 also you could go down to 550 watts

i would not go down that far but he has $900 i would go with 600 watts psu but everything looks good just update your video drivers too they do not update on there own. Even on auto update.
