Need Help to Build PC that Plays Overwatch & Jurassic World Evolution with 60 FPS and Great Graphics ($800 Budget)

Hey guys. I want to build a PC for the first time but I'm having trouble putting the pieces together. I play Overwatch regularly and I want to play Jurassic World Evolution but my laptop is not great enough. I play on 30 FPS, crappy I know, so I really want an upgrade that is within $800. Monitor, mouse, and keyboard are not included with the budget. Also, I would like a white PC case with white LED lights but I'm not picky. Please help!
