Hey,
I need to build a PC for Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and gaming.

So my question is which processor to go with?
I have a 400$ budget.
I need Processor, Motherboard, Ram and Graphic Card.

Pretty confused in this.

Here's one full build.

Few words

This build isn't for proper gaming due to the weak CPU and GPU thanks to the low budget but it will do during time being. You can always upgrade your CPU to e.g i5-7500 and GPU to GTX 1060 to improve your gaming performance.
With this build, you can game on high settings @ 720p or low settings @ 1080p. Also, the hyperthreading of G4560 (2 cores, 4 threads) helps you out in Adobe.

Thanks for replying.
And sorry for half info, I have
WD Hard Drive as storage
Samsung SSD for booting windows
Circle Gaming Cabinet CC 820
Corsair VS 550 Power Supply

I only need Processor, Motherboard, Ram and Graphic Card in that budget.

Refined my build.

Marked components you already have as purchased, except PC case since CircleCT cases aren't available in pcpp.

Changes made
RAM: G.Skill -> Corsair
GPU: GTX 1050 -> GTX 1060 3GB

Reasons why
RAM: Corsair RAM has more availability around the world than Crucial RAM.

GPU: With GTX 1060, you can play high settings @ 1080p with 60 FPS. In other words, it improves your gaming performance considerably compared to the GTX 1050.
comparison: http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1050-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1060-3GB/3650vs3646

Though, Corsair VS550 PSU is low quality and i wouldn't use it. You'd be better off using Seasonic S12II-430 or S12II-520 PSU since those are good quality PSUs.
