Need help to Buy Graphics Card! :(

Hello toms hardware community..

I have Intel DG31PR motherboard with 2GB Ram and 160GB Sata hard drive with dual core processor but i dont have Graphics card.
i want to buy new one so can anybody suggest me any Low cost Graphics card which can play all the current games? e.g. Burnout Paradise, X-men-Wolverine, GTA-4.

So guys please help me with this... 🙁

I am from india.. and my budget is around 2000/- INR
i saw 8400gs in this range....
please gus suggest me something... i will be very thankful for that 🙁

yes.. indian market price might be different but performance should be same of all graphics card! right? so please suggest me something! 🙁

i wonder why in India if computer components are SOOO popular(we get a lot of indians here) why they dont actually get some price cuts there. its a shame. i heard some guy say ATI doesn't sell cards there, is that true?
