Hello, I need help to know what might be the problem with my PC being too slow/laggy.

My PC:
  • Ryzen 5 2600 (stock speeds - stock cooler) [on a B-450 A- PRO Tomohawk]
  • RX 580 8gb (under-volted little bit)
  • 16gb (2x8 "2 different brands, corsair - and crucial") 1533 mhz each
  • 240GB ssd that hosts ehmmm... pirated windows and some apps, 1TB hdd for all data
  • Bitfenix Forluma 650W Gold
screenshot from [System Information]

What i did:
  • used ccleaner and let it remove almost everything.
  • used malware bytes to scan ( didn't find anything ).
  • used EASEus and checked for bad sector on both HHD and SSD, both fine.
  • re-installed GPU drivers while completely deleting the previous drivers.

Problem:

The moment i have a lot of tabs open ( about 15-20 ) browser starts to REALLY slow down, lags a lot, when i switch tabs, it sometimes freezes for 3-5 seconds till it load.

If i am typing something, i look at the screen, and the last 5~ letters are still getting typed on screen after i already lift my hand from the keyboard.

when i hover over a link, the (hand cursor icon) takes like, 3 seconds till it appear.

and a-lot of <Mod Edit> like this, not only inside Firefox, but the windows too.
its getting really annoying as the PC is exactly 1 year 3 month old, none of the components should start to wear off now i guess...
