Need help to find my perfect laptop

I'm looking to buy a new laptop which can last for years and still be quite quick. The computer won't be used for gaming, but for simple internet use, facebook etc, Spotify and skype. My demands are pretty simple that I want a fast computer.

I have found 2 different PC's, only difference between them is:
Pc1: 4gb ram, intel core i5 6200U, and 256gb ssd

Pc2: 8gb ram, intel core i5 5200U, and 1tb hdd 5400rpm

Which will be the fastest, and last the longest while still being quick?

Based on the information available, PC1 seems to fit the bill. 4GB of RAM is a bit on the low end, but the CPU is the latest generation from Intel and works more efficiently. The SSD will load and react faster than the mechanical HDD.

As for the future, the weak point remains the modest RAM capacity. Between Win10 and Skype, I suspect that 4GBs will only barely be enough.
