Build Advice Need help to finish my build for streaming and vtubing

I bought a 500w bronze power supply .its as generic as it gets. Model is not in partpicker bought it before building new pc since my psu got nuked.then later i decided to build a new system all together.
I want a good system for vtubing while streaming games such as elden ring or god of war.
I knew i should get 32g ram but i simply couldnt afford it.(rest of momey comming soon so i will finish this build.i want best bank for buck)
Now i need to finish this build.
1- Which gpu is recomended minimum for vtubing while streaming AAA games
2- did i bought wrong cpu? I cant tell because i lack gpu and couldnt stream anything ,( my current gpu comes from my 12 years old system. Its so weak that i cant do any streaming with it) but is 12600k is weak for my tasks? I heard that 12400 is more than enough for gaming so i bought 12600k because i was doing streaming as well.
3- is it a good idea to buy another 2x4 rams or do i have to sell my rams and buy 2×16 instead ? Is it going to be ok to just add another 2 sticks? ( of course i will buy same Gskill ripjaws i already using in my system)

I think there is a misunderstanding here. I already bought this pc,build it and using it currently. I512600k is almost at 15% while i am only playing dmc5 but with medium setting lower than 720p. Gpu already at 100% . My gpu is not strong enough to run a game at 1080p and stream and run an avatar at same time. So i dont know if it my cpu is strong enough for all of these tasks.i wanted to know , did i bought wrong cpu? Or is it strong enough.
I agree that case is super expensive. But i managed to get 30% discount compare to cheapest price in market. Almost 45% cheaper than normal price point.
Only thing i need is gpu. And new psu if gpu model demands it
I wanted to know which model i should get which is strong enough to simply able to keep up with 3d avatar and game and streaming at same time.
Is 6600 too weak ? How much power i need in order to work without problem for next 5 years ?

My bad. Your cpu is fine for streaming but you'll want to purchase another set of that RAM. I'd look at a 550w psu for that gpu.
